TRIKONASANA AND BHUJANGASANA (pre primary)


TRIKONASANA

The word 'Trikonasana' comes from the Sanskrit words, 'Trikona' meaning three corners, and 'Asana' meaning posture. In trikonasana yoga, the person extends their legs apart without bending the knees, wherein hands spread apart, forming an angle of 90 degrees between the upper and lower part of the body.

Benefits: Mainly focuses on stretching the body sideways. It may help improve spinal flexibility.

BHUJANGASANA

Bhujangasana may help to tone the abdomen and strengthen the spine and most importantly, it also helps to improve blood circulation. Bhujangasana is a complete asana that strengthens both the spiritual and physical health. It may have a beneficial effect on your back and improve digestion at the same time.
